We never sell, share, or train on your content. No human review. Files are viewable only by you and can be deleted anytime from your dashboard.
Data Retention
- Free & Pro: Files are retained up to 30 days for convenience. You can permanently delete any file at any time.
- Advanced: Retained up to 60 days for extended workflows. You have full control to delete sooner.
- Immediate deletion: When you delete, we remove the file from primary storage; background cleanup processes ensure associated artifacts are purged on schedule.
Storage, Encryption, and Deletion Controls
- Encryption in transit and at rest: TLS in transit; strong encryption at rest.
- Access control: Files are scoped to your account. No employee access by default; no human review.
- User‑initiated deletion: Delete files and transcripts any time from your dashboard; exports and derivatives are removed as part of the process.
